Website Policies

Online Orders

All orders placed online are available for pick up or delivery only from the Evesham Road ShopRite.

Hours of Operation

We are able to provide you with service seven days a week, either online or by phone. All next day online orders must be completed by 3:00pm the day prior. You can still reach us by phone at 856-216-7182 between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm during the week. On weekends you can reach us between the hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Please do not leave any food orders on the answering machine, as we can not guarantee that we will receive it in time.

Delivery Area

We deliver to Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties. However, we are not limited to only those locations. Please contact us at 856-216-7182 to see if we can accommodate your order.

Online Order Changes and Cancellation Policy

We understand that at any given time your plans may change. Therefore, we will be happy to assist you in making any changes to your event. In order to assure that you will not incur any charges, we can only accept week day changes and cancellations, 24 hours prior to your event. Weekend changes and cancellations can only be accepted before close of business on Friday. All changes and cancellations must be called in directly to a catering specialist at 856-216-7182 during our normal hours of operation. NO changes or cancellations can or will be accepted on the answering machine. Since our product is highly perishable any cancellations made once your order has been completed will incur a full charge, 100% of you total order.

Pricing

All menu items are priced per person unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include sales tax and are subject to change without notice.

Payments and Collection

You have three options for payment: pay immediately online, upon delivery or upon pick up.

Credit card - We collect 100% of any order purchased by credit card on the day that it is placed online, delivered or picked up. Upon delivery the driver will ask for the credit card as we require an imprint and signature of the credit card used. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Check - Company checks will be accepted for all items that will be delivered or pick up at the store. Personal checks will only be accepted if you have check writing privileges with your ShopRite Courtesy Card.

House Account - Once you have applied for a corporate house account and have been approved, your purchases can be applied to your house account. You will be required to sign two house account slips for all items that will be delivered or picked up at the store.

Cash or Gift Cards - If you would like to pay by cash upon delivery we ask that you have exact monies, as the driver carries no currency on their person to make change. If you would like to pay by gift cards on delivery, we require the gift card numbers in advance to verify validity of the card and to issue any balance due. The driver will be required to collect the gift cards upon delivery.
